Subscription Pilot helps you detect recurring charges from bank statement CSV files. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
Waitlist information
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you choose to provide it, we may also store your name or industry. We use this to send beta access, product updates, and related communication about Subscription Pilot.
Bank statement data
Subscription Pilot is designed so bank statement CSV files are processed in your session and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save results to your dashboard. We do not require bank login credentials.
How we store waitlist data
Waitlist signups are stored in a secure database so we can manage beta access and communication. Email addresses are normalized and kept only as long as needed to operate the waitlist and product.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run the site and communicate with waitlist members. This may include hosting and analytics (such as Vercel Analytics and Rybbit), email delivery (such as Loops), and database hosting (MongoDB). These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how visitors use the landing page, such as page views and waitlist interactions. We do not use third-party AI services to process your bank statement data.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your waitlist information, or unsubscribe from emails, by contacting us. You can use the product by exporting results without saving anything to a dashboard.
